Delete your account

On the web.Use the button above, or sign in at nepalniwas.com, open your account, choose Login & security, then Delete account. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm.

In the Nepal Niwas app. Open your Profile, tap Account Settings, then Delete your account, and confirm.

Can't sign in? Email info@nepalniwas.com from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number you sign in with. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.

Nepal Niwas checks two things first:

• Properties where you are the only listing agent or owner on the listing.
• Teams or agencies where you are the only admin and other members remain.

You can add another agent or admin first, so the listing or team carries on without you. Or you can let Nepal Niwas take those listings down and close those teams as part of deleting your account.

• Your sign-in: password, linked Google and Apple accounts, and every session on every device.
• Your profile: name, email, phone number, username, photo and location.
• Your saved properties, viewing history, search preferences, contacts and notifications.
• Your push notification devices, your email history with us, and your phone number and message text in our SMS records.
• Your team memberships and your place on listings you share with other agents.

Deletion happens right away. A few records stay with your personal details removed, so other people's listings, bookings, payments and conversations still make sense. Where your name still appears in those records, it shows as "Nepal Niwas User".

We keep only what the law requires, such as records of payments, fees owed or fraud prevention. Copies in backups expire on their own schedule. Agents and hosts you contacted may still have details you gave them outside Nepal Niwas. See our Privacy Policy for more.
